Here’s a step by step
approach we adopt when developing a website.
1. Quotation: We ask you to fill in the
quotation request form. We reply to you via
email with a quote, usually within a couple of
days.
2. Acceptance and Payment: Once you are happy,
we ask you to confirm this by replying to our
quotation. We then send you a payment request
via PayPal for the initial payment of 50% of the
total cost of the project.
3. Project Initiated: Once we have received the
payment, a developer is allocated to your
project. We aim to start the project on the next
working day after we have received the initial
payment.
4. Demonstration: We ask you to look at the
demonstration of the project hosted on our
servers. We move on to the next stage unless you
ask us to make changes and present another
demonstration. Remember it’s your website and we
encourage you to suggest changes so that we can
fulfill your requirements in the best manner.
5. Final Demonstration: We advise you to look at
the final demonstration and suggest changes if
any. If changes are suggested we implement them
and ask for your approval.
6. Approval: Once you approved the project, we
hold it on our servers.
7. Final Payment: We send you PayPal payment
request for the outstanding amount representing
50% of the project cost.
8. Project Complete: After we have received the
final payment, we ask you for your server login
details to enable us launch the website on your
servers. Once the site is on your servers, you
have full control of it.
9. Future Support: We provide free 3 months
support to help you with your initial months.
